01 License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, single-user license to use Tap Zap software under the following terms:
- One (1) user per license
- Three (3) devices maximum per license
- All devices must be owned or controlled by the licensed user
- License is perpetual for the version purchased
02 Restrictions
You may not:
- Transfer your license to another user or entity
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Redistribute the software in any form
- Modify or create derivative works from the software
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the software for commercial redistribution
03 Disclaimer
Tap Zap is a software tool for controlling display output. It is not a medical device and makes no health claims. Consult a healthcare professional for sleep or vision concerns.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We make no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the software for any purpose.
04 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tap Zap or its developers be liable for any:
- Data loss or corruption
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Hardware damage or malfunction
- Third-party claims arising from software use
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which such liability is asserted.
05 Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.
- Request a refund within 30 days of purchase
- No questions asked
- Refunds processed to the original payment method
- License will be revoked upon refund

06 Updates
Your license includes lifetime updates at no additional cost:
- All future versions and updates included
- No subscription fees
- Updates delivered automatically or via download
- Updates subject to macOS compatibility requirements
07 Termination
Your license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement.
- Violation of license restrictions results in immediate termination
- Unauthorized redistribution results in termination
- Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software
- No refund will be provided for licenses terminated due to violation
08 Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the software shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
